How long will I wait for a "made to order" item?
The standard production time of a garment is 14 days. You will receive a notification once your item is shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email with tracking details. You can also use your order number and email to track your item here.
My order is taking a long time to arrive?
Using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email, please contact the courier quoting this tracking number and they can provide you with further information.
Can I change the details of my order once it has been placed?
If you have not received a notification that your item has been shipped, simply email us and we can update the details. Please note this can not always be guaranteed and cancellation must be within 4 days of purchase.

I've returned an item, have you received it?
We will be sure to let you know as soon as we receive your returned item. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until your return is received it is your responsibility.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
Firstly, we are sorry for this inconvenience, please contact us with the details and a photograph of the faulty item and we can organise a replacement.
I need to cancel my order, is this possible?
If you have not received a notification that your item has been shipped, simply email us and we can cancel your order. Note: This does not apply to made to order items.
Do you refund my postage if I return something?
Unfortunately, as a small business at this time, we cannot offer free returns. However, if you receive a faulty item or an incorrect item we will cover the return postage.
Can I get a refund if the price of my purchase has changed since I originally ordered it?
As an online business, our prices change in response to stock and demand from customers. In this case, we will not refund the difference.
My welcome discount is not working?
Welcome discounts are valid on carts that total $75aud and over. If the welcome discount still does not work please contact us and we will issue you with your very own personalized discount code.
Where can I find discount codes to use on your store?
We don’t believe in slicing the prices of our products to promote mass consumption. However, from time to time, we send discount codes to our loyal customers in our newsletters. You can sign up for our newsletter at any time.
Promo code isn’t working?
Oh no, don’t worry it’s probably something we can quickly fix. If your promo code isn't working then please check the below: You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our free delivery codes too. Discount/promo codes cannot be used for gift cards. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website.. Some codes will only work for specific people or for specific countries. The terms and conditions will state if the code can only be used in a certain country. If you've received the code in an email from us then the code may also be locked to that email address.
Can I have items sent to someone as gift?
We can certainly send your order to any address, we can gift wrap this item for you and you can select this as an option at checkout. We also offer Gift Cards that are a great alternative.
Will you be restocking an item?
Send us the details of the item in which you are making the enquiry and we will get back to you with an estimated arrival date.
How do I care for my Organic Silk?
Looking after your silk is an important part of ensuring its longevity. We recommend cold hand wash with similar colours. No strong detergents, something environmentally friendly works best. Dry flat in shade. Dry cleanable.

How do I know what I am buying is ethical and sustainable?

Where are Roumage products made?
Roumage products are made right here in Sydney NSW, handmade by owner Nikki and sometimes when life get’s a little busy she enlists the help of local seamstresses down the road for some extra sewing hands!
Who makes Roumage products?
Most of the products are made by Nikki herself, when we get big orders for our stockists or for corporate gifts Nikki gets the local seamstresses to help her out. The local seamstress Vivien, is the mother of Nikki’s good friend and owns a local sewing shop down the road.
